A sales associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients.Their primary role is to reach out to potential customers and existing clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to inform them about the services available and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities
1.Making outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to promote the organization’s services.
2.Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from existing customers regarding service.
3.Understanding the features and benefits of the services offered by the healthcare organization.
4.Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending services that best meet their needs.
5.Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
6.Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the healthcare organization.
7.Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the services purchased.
8.Collaborating with other members of the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Enjoy working in highly competitive, fast-paced environment
