Salary: 10k to 15k per month,depending on experience

Job Summary: We are seeking adynamic and confident female Telecaller and Customer care to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliverexceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow-up on leads
• Explain the company’s products and services to potential customers
• Answer customer queries and provide information about products and services
• Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills
• Female candidates only
