1. Baking Soda

Baking soda is very beneficial for any type of cleaning because it contains elements that can easily remove stains. To clean with baking soda, you have to mix two teaspoons of baking soda in two cups of water and clean it with light hands.

• Dip the cleaning cloth in the mixture and gently rub it into the tube light or bulb.
• It may not be cleaned in one go, so do it again.
• After that let it dry like this for 30 minutes.
• If you want, you can clean your tube light for the third time with cotton or cloth.
• Keep in mind that do not pour baking soda or this water solution directly on the tube light.

2. Using White Vinegar

Just as baking soda can be used for cleaning, in the same way white vinegar also works. You have to adopt the same trick that by adding two teaspoons of white vinegar to two cups of water, you have to clean the tube light.

Here also keep in mind that do not pour this solution directly on the tube light. Always apply the cloth to the tube light only after you have squeezed it well.

3. Dry Dusting

For this, you will need a lint-free cloth and you will also need a brush with soft bristles. First of all, you should keep in mind that while dry dusting you do not have to use your hands too hard.

For this, a microfiber cloth will prove to be the most comfortable and if you are not cleaning the tube light or bulb then its switch should be off.

4. Use of Essential Oil or Perfume

Add a few drops of your favorite fragrance to a wet cloth and then simply wipe the tube light or bulb with this cloth with a light hand. After that let it dry completely for 20-25 minutes. This method will give an extra cent to your bulb or tube light and your room will be smelling good for many days.

After cleaning the tube light and bulb, clean its electric fitting in the same way. It would be best to clean it with dry dust and even if you are using a water solution, give it time to dry for a full day.
