Easy Recipes of Soup to Keep You Healthy

Taking care of your health is very important. To keep yourself healthy you should eat healthy food and take care of yourself. One of the most common food is when the weather turns or when we are feeling some weakness due to cold. We all go for a hot and healthy soup. But eating soup without flavor is somehow boring. You must try some easy and interesting soup recipes which are also good for your health.

Hot and Sour veg soup

You need vegetables when making any soup, don’t be selfish while adding vegetables. For spiciness, chop carrots, green beans, cauliflower, 2-3 garlic, ginger, green chilies, and don’t forget to add mushrooms. Do not remember to fry ginger, garlic, mushrooms in oil and butter. After this add all the vegetables to it and fry it well. After cooking for some time, add some water.

Now in a bowl mix one teaspoon starch and 1 tablespoon black pepper with some water and make a solution. Add soy sauce, a spoonful of chili sauce, vinegar to the vegetables. Don’t forget to add a little salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Take one green onion and green coriander for garnishing. Take two red chilies and cook them in your favorite oil.

Now your Hot and Sour Veg Soup is ready. Take out this soup in a bowl and garnish it with green onions and chili oil, which we have prepared earlier.

Potato soup recipe-

Ingredients-

700g Potato, 2 1/4 Cups of Regular Milk, 1 1/2 Cups of Luke warm water, 5 1/2 tbsp of butter, 4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped Pepper for taste, 1 tsp of salt (to taste), Dried Parsley (Optional), Onion Leaves or Fresh parsley to decorate.

Take two spoons of butter in a pan and fry that chopped garlic. Roast it until it turns brown, then add chopped potatoes and mix it well. Now add two more spoons of butter and half of a cup of water in potatoes and cover the pan properly for 10 minutes until potatoes are not cooked well.

Now take a blender and blend potatoes very fine with 2 1/4 Cups of Regular Milk. Transfer the cream of the potatoes to the same bowl. Add milk till preferred consistency with 1/2 of tablespoon butter and again cook it well. Now add pepper, dried parsley leaves according to your preference.

Creamy Tomato soup-

This recipe is one of the best among all the soup recipes because of the tomato.

2-3 tablespoons chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can of whole tomatoes + juice (14.5 oz)
1/2 cup vegetable stock (or water)
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/8 teaspoon cayenne, or more
salt and pepper to taste

Chop the onions and garlic. This can be a pretty rough chop as we’re going to blend them later, so it doesn’t have to be super precise here. Cook the onions and garlic in a medium pot over medium/high heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and their juices, stock, cashews, and cayenne if used. Cook another 2-3 minutes. Then combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.

Now blend your soup with a blender, because it also contains cashew. By blender, cashew and tomato will blend smoothly. So, I recommend you to use Blender. Your soup is ready, you can serve according to you.
