• Identity proof like voter ID card, pan card, driving license, etc.

• Declaration form.
• List of food categories desired to be manufactured.
• Layout plans and measurement etc.

• After the registration is complete you will receive a 14 digit unique number which will be your license number.
• The owner of the license number must print this number on their food products.
