You totally understand and agree that OVX India is an electronic platform that is accessible through the internet and it provides communication for the purpose of advertising and exchanging information related to goods and/or services. Additionally, you also understand that we do not endorse, market, promote, or possess any of the listings, postings, or information available on our website. We do not engage in any of the communication related to any products or services listed on our website.
We recommend you to use common sense and diligence before making a judgment related to a particular sale or purchase (as you would do during an offline transaction). The common system of buying and selling on our website is similar to any offline channel. The only difference is that the number of buyers and sellers is comparatively high.
While you use OVX classifieds, and other services like comments, feedback, etc, you will make sure that you post in the appropriate category. You agree that you will use www.ovxindia.co according to the norms governed by AUP including the listing policy and it should not violate the prohibited and restricted item policy. The listing policy shall be read as a part of this AUP and is incorporated in this AUP by way of reference:
A citizen of India who is 18 years of age or above and who can enter into a legally binding contract is eligible to use www.ovxindia.co. If you represent some other entity, then you are accountable for all the activities on that account.
You agree to inform us about any information on our platform that you find offensive or that violates our listing policy or AUP. We reserve the right to take down any listing that does not abide by our norms.
You agree that if a user violates any of our policies and/or AUP, we have the right to terminate his/her account and refrain the person from accessing the website in the future.
Content includes the information you enter on the website in the form of text, pictures, videos, or audios. It also includes the information provided by OVX India and other users on the website. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute content available on our website (except content provided by you). The content you provide us as your information or listings could be used by OVX India in any manner. The company holds the rights to publish, translate, distribute, or modify it in order to host or display your content to other users. If you feel that there is a violation, you may notify us.
You understand that the officers, employees, or agents of OVX India will not be accountable for your listings or any other information that you provide on this platform. You also agree that OVX India is not liable for any misuse, illegal activity on the platform by the users. We do not have any editorial authority over the content published except in case of a breach of our policies.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the content or listing as it is provided by individuals like you and we can’t verify them all. You understand that OVX India is not responsible or accountable for any loss of money, property, goodwill, etc. We exclude all implied warranties, of merchantability, fitness or quality of the Site and our services to the legally permissible extent.
You allow the collection, storage, and usage of all the personal data that you provide to OVX India Private Limited. When you upload any of your information even in the form of Resume or Bio-Data, you agree to display it publicly and make it accessible for all. You permit OVX India to access information shared by you to provide customer services. You understand that we may share personally identifiable data of any individual with our agents, recruiters, or affiliates.
We can update this AUP whenever we want and will notify you about the changes through the communication mediums. The updated AUP will continue to be in effect after 30 days or when you place your listing (whichever is earlier). In case of a merger, the AUP will continue to remain in effect.
OVX India may provide links to other sites. The user should use his/her own discretion on whether to visit that website or not. In the case of the user’s interaction with other entities, there is no involvement of OVX India Private Limited. All the issues related to the payment and delivery of goods and services are between the user and the other entity. The user is free to investigate properly before proceeding with any online or offline transactions.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold OVX India Private Limited and all its representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including the court costs and attorney fees.
This AUP is designed and governed according to the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute with the company will be settled in Sri Ganganagar Court.
OVX India does not give you any guarantee for sales of your products or services. We are not liable if the advertisers could not make even a single sale. You understand that our only obligation is to display your ads on our website and we are not accountable for lead generations.
Advertisers are to make timely payments and they have to assure that the cheques issued by them do not bounce. OVX India Private Limited reserves the right to take action under the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 in regard to the bounced cheque. The advertiser should also pay attention to the following points:
OVX India will not be liable if there is any infringement of intellectual property due to some content posted on the website. If you are the owner of intellectual property or you act on its behalf, you may write to us for any support you need.
If there is any defect in the product at the time of delivery, you can return the product immediately for a replacement. If by any chance our merchant is not having the same product, you will get the complete refund back.
Our products are packaged to ensure safe delivery and will reach you within 7-10 days for same city delivery.
