Additional parking lots, conditional club access, swimming pool, door-to-door service fees, and Residents Welfare Association (RWA) fees can cost you more later if the owner remembers to mention these initially.

5. Flat Document

Before taking an apartment or flat of your choice through a broker or directly from the owner, you must ensure that the property is free from fraud or title issues. You can request documents, such as the chain of title transfer, last paid electricity and water bills, overall layout and provision of changes (if any), owner’s relationship with the broker (if any) and final Basic information of the tenant who lived there.
