You Can Eat Veg Food Even on Keto Diet, Know Amazing Recipes

1. Keto Tofu Bhurji:

Keto Tofu Bhurji is an Indian-style keto recipe. It is a low-carb and high protein dish. It is very easy to make and it is a very delicious recipe.


  • 200 grams tofu
  • 4 finely chopped green chilies
  • fresh coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • little grated ginger
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Two onions finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • one tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala optional
  • one tsp turmeric powder
  • tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Keto Tofu Bhurji:

  • To make bhurji first you have to remove excess moisture from the tofu. For this, place a heavy object on the tofu for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Now crumble the tofu and keep it aside.
  • Next, place a pan on medium heat and add oil to it. Add cumin and let it crackle.
  • Now fry ginger and green chilies for a minute.
  • Add onion and fry it for some time.
  • Now add finely chopped tomatoes and green capsicum and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After the tomatoes become slightly soft, add dry spices like garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and turmeric powder to the mixture and mix well.
  • Lastly, add the crumbled tofu to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes and then take it off the flame.
  • Your Keto Tofu Bhurji is ready. To make it even spicier, sprinkle some lemon juice in it.
  • Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy it hot.

2. Keto Idli

If you are looking for a healthy and tasty option for breakfast, then keto idli can be made in this way. It is as tasty as rice idli or Rava idli and is ready in just 15 minutes.


  • 15 grams isabgol
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • cup coconut flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • salt to taste
  • Some water

How to make Keto Idli:

  • To make Keto Idli, first, mix all the dry ingredients. You can also use a mixer for better mixing.
  • Now add paneer, oil, and hung curd to this mixture.
  • Knead a soft dough by mixing it well. Add water to adjust the consistency.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, and roll each of them into balls.
  • Press them between your hands to form an idli-like shape.
  • Now grease a parchment paper and place idlis on it.
  • Now cook idli through steaming with the help of a microwave or idli maker.
  • Steam for 3 minutes in the microwave, checking with a toothpick, or for 15 minutes in a steamer over medium heat.
  • Take out the cooked idlis, add some garnishing like freshly chopped coriander or curry leaves.
  • These are all ready to be served on a plate. Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
